1. Reasons to start dancing-Physical health. From the point of view of medicine, loads during dancing give optimal workout to our heart, vessels, muscles and joints of our body. Low number of traumas in dancing permits to admit small children and aged people to the lessons. Besides, it’s a good activity for those, who want to get out of an overweight.

2. Reasons to start Dancing-Fine gait. Do you really like when a pretty girl, who wears gorgeous shoes on the high heels, is walking on a half-bent? People, walking fine are conspicuous from afar. Everyone wants to turn at them and everyone wants to be like them. If you’ll study to dance good – you could walk good.

3. Reasons to start dancing-Imperial bearing. More than a half of modern people have some troubles with a spine. Dancing work out right bearing and contribute to improvement of a spine. Even adults can grow, starting to dance! In truth, this is our spine becomes straight.

4. Reasons to start dancing-New relations. Every person likes new acquaintance and is ready to meet new friends and like-minded persons. Dancing promotes it. It means that dances offer “the sea of romance” and “the ocean of passion” for those who is seeking for fun.

5. Reasons to start dancing-Psychological liberation. Dancing, a person becomes more open-hearted and spirited. Keyword, which defines a person, who can dance, is Freedom. Freedom of moves, freedom of communication, freedom of mind. Dances deliver from hang-ups and stereotypes.

Why people don’t dance?In everyday routine the most of people live according to some boring rules: they wear plain and pale cloth and very often they are afraid just of expressing their emotions. However sometimes they want “to fly and to sing” – but they don’t do it. Because it looks strange…?!

Notice that a person, who is dancing, can not be depressed. While dancing man cannot show malice and aggression. Everyone, who wants to dance and has enough persistence in training could become a real dancer!
